I'm a University of Windsor grad and a software engineer by trade — I started ProudLabs Vending to bring smart-cooler technology to the buildings here at home. This isn't a franchise or a call centre: when you call or text, it's me who answers, and me who shows up.

Correct — placement, installation, stocking, and maintenance are all free. We earn from machine sales. The only thing your building provides is a small footprint and a standard power outlet.
